- Portfolio Monitoring Updates: Based on available company reporting update relevant monitoring sheets of existing investee companies.
- Portfolio Review & Risk Analysis: Assisting in the ongoing assessment of the development of existing investments.
- Committee Papers: Supporting the preparation of investment committee papers for add-ons, waivers and other contractual adjustments.
- General Portfolio Support: Conducting research and performing analyses to clarify specific aspects of the Bright Capital portfolio.

We are looking for a Working Student Private Credit Portfolio Management (m/f/d) to join our Team. As a Working Student, you will gain hands-on experience and actively support the team throughout various stages of the portfolio management process. Your responsibilities include:

We are looking for an individual with an analytic mindset, passion for excellence and strong interest in Private Credit. Key prerequisites include:
- Student of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar at a top tier university;
- Solid understanding of business planning, financial models and accounting standards;
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in private debt and alternative investments;
- Self-starting attitude with high motivation to work independently and reliably;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to enhance their private credit knowledge and understanding;
- Previous work experience in relevant fields such as accounting / transaction services (Big 4 or similar) / leveraged finance or similar is helpful but not a requirement;
- Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English.
