To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Fund Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our Frankfurt office.
Your Responsibilities
As Fund Operations Manager, you will play a central role at the intersection of the Investment and Portfolio teams and Bright Capital’s Germany- and Luxembourg-domiciled funds.
- Fund Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including AIFM, fund administrators, loan agents, and depositaries
- Manage and oversee external stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Monitor fund cash flows, fee calculations, fund finance, and foreign currency transactions
- Transaction Support
- Support the operational execution of investments, including capital calls, distributions, and investment closings (payments and deal execution)
- Ensure compliance with investment strategies and investment criteria
- Investor Relations
- Prepare investor reporting in collaboration with the accounting team
- Support the quarterly NAV calculation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support fundraising activity and prepare investor DDQs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
- Ensure high data quality and transparency for internal and external stakeholders
- Audit & Governance
- Coordinate and support annual audits and financial statement processes
- Liaise with auditors, AIFM, and other relevant parties
- Process Improvement & Projects
- Drive continuous improvement of fund operations processes and systems
- Contribute to fund structuring and operational projects
